We aim to dispatch all orders received by 1pm the same day.  If you miss this deadline & need your order sent out urgently, please contact us & we will do our best to get it sent out asap.

Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery within a 5 mile radius of Halo & for a minimum spend of £30.  We aim to deliver the same day, otherwise will be the following day.  Should you need your order delivered by a specific time, please contact us & we will do our best to deliver then.

Click & Collect

We offer a free click & collect service. Your order will be ready for collection within 4 hours (though usually sooner) of your online order being received.  If you need to collect by a certain time, please contact us & we will do our best to have your order ready for that time.  For security reasons, you will need to bring a copy of your confirmation e-mail with you in order to collect your items.
