Online Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us, but we understand that sometimes you may want to return an item.   If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your online purchase, you can return it to us,  in its original condition (unused, unworn, with tags & original packaging) within 14 days of the date it is received at your delivery address, or the day it is available for collection instore through our click & collect service, for a full refund excluding original delivery fees.  

If you'd like to return an unwanted item ordered online, please complete the returns form in your parcel and return items to:-

You are responsible for return postage. Please ensure that items are packaged securely and sufficiently, failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you. We recommend that you send your return using an insured, registered delivery service & keep hold of the receipt.  We are unable to to accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit back to us.                                                                                                                                                                                           

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item(s), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We don’t refund any postage costs.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process refunds too.

We are happy for online return items to be dropped off at the store and should you wish we can offer you an exchange on that item for something the same price or more.  We are however unable to offer you a credit note & we can only organise your refund through the online store.

Damages & Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can let you know what to do & arrange a replacement, repair or refund. Postage costs will be refunded for any faulty item you have to return.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned.  We cannot accept custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), personal care goods (such as beauty products & soaps) or Earrings.   Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
